Ordering Process

I've placed an order, what next?

Once you've placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order number. You should also receive a receipt containing details on your purchase.

When will my order arrive?

Production typically takes 5-7 business days after design approval for custom apparel and embroidery, with rush options available. From there, standard shipping times apply based on your location and chosen shipping method.

How is my package sent?

Once your items have been printed or embroidered, they are packed at our Clermont production facility and shipped straight to you. We ship using multiple carriers and send tracking info the moment your order leaves our shop.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, rush services are available for an additional fee on most custom embroidery and printing orders. Please contact us directly so we can confirm your timeline and reserve a spot in our production queue.

Do you offer design services?

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can help you clean up an existing logo, digitize artwork for embroidery, or create a custom design from scratch. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll get started.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) for best results, but we can also work with high-resolution .jpg, .png, or .psd files. If you're unsure whether your file will work, send it over and we'll review it for free.

Product Care

How should I wash my garment?

When washing, always adhere to the following guidelines: wash cold at 30°C or lower, wash similar colors together, turn garments inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly over embroidery or printed designs.

How long should the ink last on my shirts?

Our DTG ink prints, when cared for according to our guidelines, are designed to last for over 50 washes, ensuring customer satisfaction and lasting durability. Embroidered designs are stitched to last the lifetime of the garment.

Sustainability

What makes us more sustainable than conventional retail?

Custom apparel can be more environmentally friendly than conventional retail shops because items are often produced in smaller, on-demand batches, reducing waste and overproduction. We print and embroider locally in Clermont to keep shipping footprint low.
